I'm not really into testimonials, but I do think that once in a while it can be good to hear from someone who appreciates what you do. So here goes.

Out of the box, your sites are really good and really good looking. They simply work! I often get compliments from newcomers to our league who think our website is awesome.

Your spirit of service is praiseworthy. I've never had to wait more than a working day to get an answer to a question via the forum, and I've never had a problem that you couldn't solve. The time it takes you to set up a site is also remarkably short. We got ours within 24 hours of placing the order!

The friendliness and patience with which you treat your customers is also worth mentioning. It just feels really good to do business with you. Your devotion to high quality of product is also remarkable. One can't help noticing that you continue to develop and refine the websites you offer, not resting on your laurels, but acquiring new ones! That you use Rack Space to house your sites is another sign that only the best is good enough for your customers.

Administering your sites is pretty easy once one has gotten oriented in the Joomla back end. I created my own business site using various tools from Adobe and ran it for nine years. After having used Joomla on our guild site for the better part of a year, I doubt that I would ever go back to the way I did things before if I start another business. I've gotten too spoiled to do all that work again. Give me a good template and a Joomla back end and I'm yours!

Just wanted to pop onto the forums and recommend your service to any prospective users.

I've been a Joomla user for quite a while and set up several websites using the cms. I was actually in the process of creating a guild site when I stumbled upon these guys.

The features were exactly what I was looking for.

The setup was extremely fast and the tech support guys respond within minutes rather then hours.

Once the dns propagated, it was literally only a few hours and I was up and had members registering on the site and posting in the forums.

I am very thankful for this hosting service. I work a full time plus job and am GM of our league- another full time job. I was using Front Page to build our website before I found this site. Your service made my job much easier with all of the premade modules and simple updatability. It took no time to figure out the basics and get things up and going. I am also impressed with the amount of customization that you can do. I am getting addicted to adding modules and embedded tools. Service has also been great. I have posted a couple of "issues" on the forums and they were immediately taken care of.

I just wanted to take a minute to say wow and omg. I never realized what you guys do on the back end of these sites until now and you guys are just incredible. We always knew we got wonderful service from you.. thats why we are into our 2nd year with your company. But recently I got a real taste of what it is you all do...

Let me explain.

My mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness back in March. Its progressing rather quickly, and she is a writer of fiction and poetry and other stuff, and she has been published a few times in the ALS Blogspot (ALS is the illness she has) Well she just had to stop working because she can no longer manage to travel, and she was saying how her mind will now go to mush and what reason has she got to get up in the morning and so on.

Well me and MY big bright ideas... I suggested she do a website to put all her stuff on, and that I would build the site for her. She loved the idea, mostly because when she is gone, the site will sort of act as a living memorial for her ... Well we went to godaddy and got her a domain, and I downloaded joomla 1.5 and installed it and have been building the site since.

I thought since I admin the site you guys built and host for us... that it would all be a piece of cake. I mean how much could you guys POSSIBLY do when I do so much ...

WRONG!!!!

I am almost in tears several times a day. I've had nothing but issues getting it to work right, and some of it STILL won't work right and I have tried and tried until I have a migraine from staring at the screen. I have asked for help on forums and been met with sarcasm and idiocy and just downright rudeness.

I am beside myself here.

Please know that even if I figure this all out, we will continue to host our site with you guys. I love what you all do, how you do it, and the service you provide, and I do not EVERRRRRR want to have to do this again in my lifetime.

It really made me realize just how hard you guys work on these sites... and all I can say is ...

My hat is off to you all. I am in awe.
